China Economic Network (CENET) was established in February 1998 by China Center for Economic Research, Peking University, and is currently run by China Economics Annual Conference Secretariat. As a non-profit academic website, it aims to provide a comprehensive storage of information and knowledge for scholars, officials and students, and facilitate the research and application of economic theories.
CENET has been receiving substantial support from the national "985 Program", China Center for Economic Research, alumni and friends. Currently, as a large-scale comprehensive website on economics, it has 100,000 members with daily visits of 80,000 men times.
Relying on the abundant academic resources of PKU, CENET endeavors to promote the development of economics and the digitalization of education and research of economics in China.
We are expecting more of you to join us in the development of the website. You can make your contribution by giving to Peking University Education Foundation or cooperating with CENET directly.
